Timothy Weah Leaves Juventus Camp and Heads to Marseille
Football Italia reported that Timothy Weah, the winger of the American national team, has left Juventus' training camp to head to France and officially complete his transfer to Olympique Marseille.
Weah ended his experience with the Bianconeri after two seasons, during which he scored 5 goals in 60 matches in Serie A, returning to the French league where he spent most of his professional career.
According to reports, Juventus is expected to receive around 19 million euros from the deal, including 2 million euros as an initial loan fee, a purchase option for 14 million euros, plus bonuses that could reach up to 4 million euros.
The Bianconeri had paid 10.3 million euros, in addition to 2.1 million euros in add-ons and a million euros in commission, to acquire the player in the summer of 2023.
Reports indicated that Weah was not part of Juventus coach Igor Tudor's plans for the 2025/2026 season, prompting the club to allow his departure.
Meanwhile, Juventus continues to work on the departures of other players, including Douglas Luiz and Dusan Vlahovic, as well as the possibility of Fabio Miretti's transfer, who is currently on loan at Napoli.
