The Egyptian star Mustafa Mohamed has expressed his initial agreement to transfer to Neom Club, which has recently risen to the Roshen Saudi League, in what could be considered the most prominent move in the team's ambitious transfer market.

Reports, notably from the "Africa Foot" website, revealed that the Nantes striker will receive a net annual salary estimated at 5 million euros, while his French club will receive 10 million dollars for the sale of the remainder of his contract.

Neom Club has already begun its official communications with Nantes management to finalize the deal, as the club continues to strengthen its squad with strong names in preparation for a competitive season.

Mustafa Mohamed has an impressive record in his career, having stood out with Tala'ea El Gaish during the 2018–2019 season, before embarking on successful professional stints with Galatasaray and Nantes, in addition to his international appearances with the Egyptian national team.

Neom's management, led by French coach Christophe Galtier, aims to build a strong team led by international and Arab stars, with Mustafa expected to be one of its key attacking pillars next season.

Mustafa will join his compatriot Ahmed Hegazi, the team captain, alongside a selection of stars including Alexandre Lacazette, Nathan Zézé, Marcin Bulka, Amadou Koné, Faris Abadi, and others.

Mustafa Mohamed's contract with Nantes extends until June 2027, but his desire to take on a new challenge could expedite his move to the Saudi league, especially with Neom's serious interest in signing him.

The 27-year-old Egyptian player has the ability to play as a main or second striker, adding tactical diversity to the team that aims to quickly establish itself in the professional league.

Mustafa has considerable international experience, having participated in 47 matches with the Egyptian national team since 2019, scoring 13 goals, and was the top scorer of the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in 2019.
