Media reports have revealed that the agents of Joao Cancelo, the full-back of Saudi club Al-Hilal, have offered the player's services to Turkish club Fenerbahçe, amid the Portuguese star's desire to return to Europe.

The reports indicated that Cancelo, who is 31 years old, is willing to reduce his annual salary of 15 million euros with Al-Hilal in order to facilitate his return to the old continent.

This move comes in line with Fenerbahçe's pursuit of signing a high-caliber right-back, in response to the demands of head coach José Mourinho, who has confirmed to the management his need for a player capable of creating opportunities and possessing exceptional technical skills and vision on the field.

It is worth noting that Cancelo joined Al-Hilal in the summer of 2024 from Manchester City for 25 million euros, and he is under contract until 2027. He participated in 39 matches across various competitions last season, scoring two goals and providing 12 assists.
