South African Rulani Mokwena, the coach of Mouloudia Algiers, is looking to strengthen the team's squad with a player he knows well, namely South African Cassius Mailola, who was his teammate last season at Wydad Athletic Club.

Media reports have revealed that there is a strong possibility of rekindling the partnership between Mokwena and Mailola in the upcoming football season, as preliminary negotiations have begun between the two parties, awaiting the outcome of the coming days regarding the finalization of the deal.

Mailola joined Wydad Athletic Club on loan last season and showcased impressive performances, especially in the FIFA Club World Cup, before leaving the red club at the end of his loan period.
