The reliable journalist "Fabrizio Romano" announced that English club Arsenal has reached a final agreement with Sporting Lisbon to acquire Swedish striker Viktor Jökeres in a significant deal during the current summer transfer window.

Romano clarified via his official account on the "X" platform that Arsenal's latest offer amounted to €63.5 million plus €10 million in incentives, indicating that a verbal agreement has been completed among all parties.

He also confirmed that the player's agent agreed to reduce his commission to facilitate the completion of the deal, and Jökeres's contract with Arsenal is set to last for five years.

Romano asserted that Jökeres has not hidden his desire to join the Gunners, despite interest from other European clubs following his impressive performance with Sporting Lisbon last season.
