Ahmed Sherif, the new Zamalek player, stated that moving to the white team has been his dream since childhood.

Zamalek has contracted Ahmed Sherif from Farco for 5 seasons during the current summer transfer window.

The player added in statements to the Zamalek media center: "The sports director assured me that a new phase awaits me, and he wants me to succeed with Zamalek and be up to the challenge in light of the team's need for my services during this period."

Ahmed Sherif continued: "Moving to Zamalek has been a dream of mine since I was young, and I am very happy to be inside the white castle and to fulfill my lifelong dream."

The striker added: "I am pleased with the reactions of the Zamalek fans and their support for me as soon as they learned about my impending transfer to the team."

Ahmed Sherif said: "I am proud to be at Zamalek, and I hope to achieve all the championships with the team in the upcoming period, especially the Egyptian Super Cup as it is the closest championship in the near future."

He continued: "The competition with my teammates in the same position at Zamalek is very good, and it will benefit the team, especially since the team includes players of the highest level in all positions."
