Amr Nasser, the new striker for Zamalek, revealed the details of his joining the White Castle and his ambitions with the team in the upcoming season.

Amr Nasser said in an interview with the official website of Zamalek: "John Edward, the sports director, has great confidence in my abilities, and I hope to live up to his expectations, as he chooses players based on his trust in their capabilities, and on foundations and criteria that align with the name of Zamalek and befit its great fans."

The young striker continued: "Zamalek is a great system, and any player who wishes to reach a distinguished position in Egyptian and African football must choose to play for Zamalek, and this is what motivated me to move to the White Castle."

He added: "I dream of winning the league title and the Confederation Cup next season with Zamalek, as winning the league will bring the team back to participate in the African Champions League, and will restore the identity known about Zamalek."

He concluded: "Before announcing my contract, I expected a warm welcome from the fans, but not to the extent that I witnessed; I was surprised by their supportive reactions, which increased my enthusiasm to deliver my best performance in the upcoming period, for the great Zamalek fans, who surprised me with their love, trust, and passion."

Amr concluded his statements by saying: "I promise Zamalek fans that I will be worthy of their trust and that I will not disappoint them."
