Michel Gonzalez, the coach of Al-Qadisiyah, confirmed that the Saudi league is becoming stronger season after season and that his team is working to keep up with this development.

Gonzalez said in a video clip published by the club's accounts on social media today, Thursday: "We return together with the same dream and ambition as last season. In the camp, we prepare ourselves well to show wonderfully, and we have greater ambition and a huge responsibility, but we do not forget what we achieved last season, as it was wonderful, and we want to maintain the high level."

He continued: "We trust that the players will return in good condition after the vacation, but they must be mentally prepared to keep up with the league, which is becoming stronger season after season. The camp is in three countries, and we are happy to visit several cities so that we can prepare ourselves better and compete strongly for everything from the start."

He concluded: "We will work as we did in last season's camp; we will not just train, but we want to work on several methods that benefit us in the championship and see the quality of the players through them. The results in friendly matches do not matter, but what matters is the progress we will make and the condition we will reach at the start of the season, especially in the Saudi Super Cup in Hong Kong."
