Reports have revealed significant progress in the negotiations between Saudi club Al-Nassr and Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, according to a source close to the experienced coach.

The source confirmed that the negotiations between the two parties are going smoothly, and while the official signing has not yet taken place, it is just a matter of time, with anticipation for the deal to be finalized during Saturday or Sunday.

Jesus is expected to start his journey with Al-Nassr on June 17, coinciding with the start of the preparation phase, which will extend until August 11 in preparation for the new season.

The team will depart for Hong Kong on August 15 to participate in the Saudi Super Cup, which presents Jesus with a quick challenge to prove his abilities from the outset.

It is noteworthy that Al-Nassr has offered a one-season deal worth 7 million euros, which is half the salary that Jesus received during his last experience with Al-Hilal.
