Liverpool Finalizes Deal for Milos Kerkez
Friday 20-06-2025
The English club Liverpool has completed the signing of Hungarian left-back Milos Kerkez, a player from Bournemouth, during the summer transfer window, as part of strengthening the team's squad in preparation for the new season.

Trusted journalist Florian Plettenberg revealed that the deal has been finalized after reaching a final agreement with the Bournemouth management.

The deal will cost Liverpool's coffers £40 million, and he will sign a 5-year contract.

Plettenberg clarified, via his official account on the social media platform X, that the medical examination for the deal is being prepared, and the player is expected to undergo it next week if everything goes according to plan.

Kerkez's joining aims to bolster the left-back position in Liverpool, especially given Andrew Robertson's recent decline in performance, amid reports linking the Scottish player with a departure. Kerkez participated in 41 matches with Bournemouth last season, scoring two goals and providing six assists.
