Zizo Talks About the Missed Penalty in the Miami Match
Ahmed Mostafa Zizo, Al Ahly player, talked about the circumstances surrounding the penalty missed by Mahmoud Trezeguet in the match against Inter Miami in the Club World Cup.
The cameras captured a lengthy conversation between Zizo and Trezeguet before the kick, in the presence of Wissam Abou Ali.
Zizo said in statements to "DAZN ARABIA": "Since I didn't start the match as a starter, I wasn't aware of who the first shooter was, and I told Trezeguet to leave the ball for the first shooter."
He continued: "Trezeguet told me that he had agreed with our teammate Wissam Abou Ali that he (Trezeguet) would take the kick, and that’s all that happened; I was just telling him to leave the ball for the first shooter."
