Al-Nassr has placed Belgian player Arthur Theate, a defender for Eintracht Frankfurt in Germany, among its top options to bolster the backline during the upcoming summer transfer window.

According to reports, the Al-Nassr management has shown significant interest in signing Theate, in anticipation of the potential departure of Aymeric Laporte this summer.

Sources indicated that the Belgian was close to transferring to Al-Ittihad last summer after reaching a final agreement, but the management reconsidered due to the availability of other options they deemed more suitable.

It is worth noting that Al-Nassr is looking to strengthen its squad in preparation for the new season, after finishing the last season without winning any titles, settling for third place in the Saudi League standings.
