Ahmed Hassan said via Facebook: "Mo'in Al-Sha'bani is the first choice for the management of Al-Masry Club for contracting with him next season."
Mo'in Al-Sha'bani had succeeded in leading Nahdat Berkane to win the African Confederation Cup.
Al-Masry finished the Premier League in fourth place with 42 points.
