The English outlet TalkSport reported that the Hammers player is sought after by London rivals Chelsea and Arsenal after proving his exceptional form this season.
According to the report, West Ham refuses to negotiate with both clubs for the sale of the former Ajax Amsterdam player.
It was noted that the only option for both clubs to acquire the Black Stars player is to pay the release clause in his contract, which is "£85 million."
