Qatar's Al Rayyan Announces Departure of Three Players
Al Rayyan Club announced the termination of contracts for the trio Romarinho, Paulo Victor, and Joshua Brent with the first football team, following the conclusion of the 2024/2025 sports season.
The club clarified in an official statement that the players will not be part of the team in the upcoming phase, thanking them for their efforts during the season.
Brazilian striker Romarinho joined Al Rayyan on a free transfer after leaving Saudi Arabia's Neom Club, while the club signed his compatriot goalkeeper Paulo Victor for one season coming from Saudi Arabia's Al-Ettifaq.
Right-back Joshua Brent from the Netherlands also joined Al Rayyan on a one-season contract in a free transfer deal.
