Fernando Hierro, the director of Al-Nassr Saudi Club, spoke about the future of the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, whose contract with the club ends this summer.

Hierro said in a press conference: "The presence of Cristiano Ronaldo from the beginning is a national project; he is a great phenomenon in the history of football and has contributed to the growth of the league."

He added regarding the renewal of Ronaldo's contract: "Ronaldo's contract ends on June 30, and we are in talks with Ronaldo, and we hope he continues with us to represent us in the state's project."

He concluded: "Cristiano Ronaldo is attracting the interest of 30 clubs."

Many reports have claimed that Ronaldo will leave Al-Nassr this summer after the end of his contract with the team.
