Bayern Munich Announces Return of Aznou in Preparation for the Club World Cup
Bayern Munich, the German club, announced this Tuesday evening the return of young Moroccan player Adam Aznou from his loan at Spanish club Valladolid, ahead of the scheduled end of the loan on June 30.
The Bavarian club clarified in an official statement that it decided to terminate Aznou's loan early, with the aim of including him in the squad for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup, set to take place in the United States.
Aznou, who is 18 years old, is set to join the first team of Bayern Munich starting June 1, and will accompany the team's delegation to the United States in preparation for participating in the tournament.
Bayern Munich will compete in the Club World Cup within Group C, which also includes New Zealand's Auckland City, Portugal's Benfica, and Argentina's Boca Juniors.
