Some media reports have revealed that English club Arsenal has entered the race to sign Nigerian Atalanta star Ademola Lookman during the upcoming summer transfer window, amid interest from several European clubs, led by Italian Juventus.

According to trusted journalist Florian Plettenberg, Arsenal has begun active negotiations with player agents and clubs to strengthen its attacking line, considering Rodrigo from Real Madrid as the primary target. However, Lookman's name is strongly mentioned due to his versatility in playing positions and his ability to provide diverse attacking solutions.

Reports indicate that Atalanta is ready to sell Lookman for an offer exceeding 40 million euros, and the English club's sporting director, Andrea Berta, is conducting several preliminary discussions in preparation for entering into formal negotiations with Atalanta regarding Lookman's transfer.
