Media figure Ahmed Shouber discussed the position of Tunisian star Ali Maaloul regarding staying with Al Ahly.
Shouber stated via "On Sport" radio: "Regarding Ali Maaloul, in my technical opinion, he must be respected, and we don't know definitively whether the management will make a decision about Maaloul's departure or not."
He added: "The decision regarding Maaloul will be technical, and that doesn't upset anything, but he will remain a legend at Al Ahly."
Al Ahly is preparing to play a match against Pharco next Wednesday in the eighth round of the decisive stage of the Egyptian Premier League.
