Turkish media reports have indicated that Neom, the newly promoted club to the Roshen Professional League, has made an official offer of 20 million euros to sign Brazilian Fred, the former midfielder of Turkish club Fenerbahçe.

The Turkish newspaper "Sozku" clarified that Neom's management is keen to enhance its squad with distinguished players in preparation for the first season in the Roshen Professional League 2025/2026, with Fred being among the club's ambitious targets.

The report highlighted that the 31-year-old Brazilian player and his agent are showing positive interest in the Saudi offer and are currently exploring opportunities to transfer to the Saudi league, especially with the financial incentives being presented.

Fred has extensive experience in European football, having previously played for Manchester United in England and Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine before moving to Fenerbahçe in Turkey.

This move is part of Neom's plan to build a strong team capable of competing, as the club intends to finalize several major deals during the upcoming summer transfer window, with Fred being the ideal choice to strengthen the midfield due to his technical and physical capabilities.
