Press sources have confirmed that Al Ahly club officials have given the duo Rami Rabi'a and Yasser Ibrahim a final deadline to determine their stance on extending their contracts with the team in the upcoming period, which ends at the end of the current season.

According to reports, Al Ahly's management has informed the duo Yasser and Rabi'a to finalize their decision regarding the contract extension, whether to accept or reject the offer, after the conclusion of the matches against South Africa's Sundowns in the semi-finals of the African Champions League.

Al Ahly is set to face Sundowns on either April 18 or 19 in the first leg of the semi-finals of the African Champions League, with the return match taking place in Cairo on either April 25 or 26.

It is worth noting that Al Ahly has offered the mentioned duo to extend their contracts for 14 million annually for a two-season contract with an option to extend for another season, but they are seeking a larger increase in their salaries.
