The exclusion of Pyramids' trio is due to injuries sustained during training on a poor-quality pitch, as the host club has restricted Pyramids' ability to find a suitable training ground.

Dr. Mostafa El-Monairy, the head of the medical staff, revealed that Ramadan Sobhi is suffering from a knee ligament sprain.

Meanwhile, Ibrahim Adel is experiencing severe pain in his right calf muscle, and Blati Touré is also suffering from knee pain, leading to their exclusion from the squad.

Additionally, the coaching staff decided to exclude the duo of Youssef Nader and Tarek Alaa from the match roster for tactical reasons.
