The Union is preparing to host its counterpart Al-Shabab in the semi-finals of the King Abdulaziz Cup, at the Al-Inma Stadium in Jeddah, today Tuesday at 9 PM.
According to media sources, Blanc will include defender Hassan Kaddash in the selected squad for the match against Al-Shabab despite the presence of a medical patch on the player's face.
Kaddash sustained an injury to his forehead and under his eye during his participation with the Saudi national team against China in the qualifying matches for the 2026 World Cup.
Kaddash is considered one of the key elements in the Union's lineup under coach Blanc this season, having played 24 matches, scored two goals, and provided one assist.
