Yasser Rayan Comments on Al-Ahly's Loss to Enppi
Yasser Rayan, the former star of Al-Ahly, commented on the team's loss to Enppi yesterday, Thursday, in the Cairo Capital Cup (League Cup).
Enppi defeated Al-Ahly with a single goal in a match that was part of the first round of the Cairo Capital Cup.
Yasser Rayan said during the "Stadium Al-Mahwar" program: "Enppi played a great match against Al-Ahly and achieved its goal of winning. It is difficult for Al-Ahly to rely on youth players at this time due to the numerous tournaments."
He added: "Ali Maaloul's participation is positive, but he needs more time to return to his level."
He continued: "All clubs should participate in the Cairo Capital Cup with the aim of testing players. Most clubs that aim to win the league title are looking to participate in the Confederation Cup."
