Hashem Sarour, the former star of Al-Nassr, confirmed that "the global team" still has a chance to win the Saudi league title.
Al-Nassr is currently in fourth place in the league standings with 48 points after 24 rounds of the competition.
Sarour stated via the "X" platform: "Even if we don't gain the protest points, Al-Nassr can win the upcoming matches after the return of injured players and the completion of the team's lineup."
He added: "This can enable the team to win the league, as there will certainly be teams that will falter, and I firmly believe that Al-Nassr has the best players in the kingdom."
He concluded: "Although we know that the real competition between the teams is hindered by the catastrophic mistakes of the referees."
