Refusal of Al-Wehda's Protest Against Al-Nassr
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Association revealed its decision regarding Al-Wehda's complaint against Al-Nassr due to the delay of the capital team's bus, which led to the postponement of the match between the two teams.
It is worth noting that Al-Wehda lost to Al-Nassr with a score of two goals to none in the 22nd round of the Saudi League on Tuesday evening.
The Disciplinary Committee indicated in its statement that Al-Wehda submitted a protest regarding Al-Nassr's delay in arriving for the match.
Al-Wehda did not follow the formal procedures in its protest against Al-Nassr as stipulated in Article 1-2-137 of the Disciplinary Regulations.
For its part, the Disciplinary Committee decided to reject Al-Wehda's protest regarding the delay of the Al-Nassr match on formal grounds and to confiscate its fees for the benefit of the Football Association.
