Rebellion of Al-Shabab Players
Recent media reports have revealed the latest developments in the crisis within Al-Shabab Saudi Club due to the non-payment of dues for both local and foreign players.
Al-Shabab players did not participate in training yesterday, Monday, in protest against the delay in their salaries for three months.
According to sources from the "Sports Scope" program, Moroccan player Hamdallah and Belgian player Carrasco informed the club's management that they would not return to training until the overdue salaries are paid.
Currently, Al-Shabab is in sixth place in the Saudi league standings with 39 points after 23 rounds of the competition.
