Ranieri: Como is a great team, but we will never give up
Claudio Ranieri, the head coach of AS Roma, appeared in important press statements following the victory against Como with a score of 2-1, in the 27th round of the Italian Serie A.
Ranieri said: "I knew that Como would present a strong match; the team has developed a lot under Fabregas. We struggled in the first half, but we came back strongly in the second half."
He added: "Como has a distinctive style of play, and Fabregas has a great future as a coach. I had to bring in Salimaikers and Dovbik as substitutes, and they performed wonderfully. I intended to rest Dybala, but circumstances forced me to substitute Silk instead of him."
Ranieri confirmed that the team is becoming more harmonious and confident with each victory, noting that the win boosts the collective spirit among the players. He concluded his remarks with a smile when asked about Carlo Ancelotti's statements, saying: "Leave me to my own affairs; you cannot ask such questions to the coach."
