Mohamed Abdel -Jaber, the agent of Al -Ahly player Ahmed Reda, confirmed that there was a desire from the Zamalek club to sign the player, but he preferred Al -Ahly.

Reda signed a contract with Al -Ahly for 4 and a half years.

Abdel -Jaber said in statements on the channel "On Time Sports": "After the Al -Masry match in the league, we toured a phone from Al -Ahly, in which they inquired about the player's annexation, and we knew the club's desire to include the player."

And he added: "Zamalek club spoke with us and he had a desire to include the player, but the first of what happened from Al -Ahly, we preferred to move Red to al -Ahmar along."
