The Saudi Al-Shabab Club announced via the “X” platform the appointment of Czech Pavel Nedved as sporting director.
Nedved appeared in the announcement of his official introduction to the media, as the new sporting director, wearing the Saudi bisht.
Nedved was a member of the Board of Directors of the Italian club Juventus between 2010 and 2015, then he assumed the position of Vice President of the club for a full 7 years, until November 2022.
Al-Shabab is currently in sixth place in the Saudi League standings with 23 points after 13 rounds of competition.
