Newcastle explore the possibility of signing Brentford star
Newcastle United is considering making a deal to sign Brentford striker Yoane Wissa, according to journalist David Ornstein on Thursday.
This comes after the English club backed away from their interest in French striker Hugo Ekitike, who plays for German club Eintracht Frankfurt.
Wissa, a player for the Democratic Republic of Congo born in France, can play in several positions in the attacking line and is very useful for the team he plays with.
It is worth noting that Wissa, who is 28 years old, has previously played for several French clubs, most notably Lorient, Ajaccio, and Angers.
