The Polish striker felt pain in his left thigh muscle in the 76th minute of the dramatic match that ended with Barcelona winning 4-3 after a historic comeback.

The medical staff of FC Barcelona will conduct medical examinations on Sunday to determine the extent of Lewandowski's injury, amid fears of him being sidelined for a period ranging from two to three weeks, according to the newspaper "Mundo Deportivo".

If this report is confirmed, the player could miss the Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid at La Cartuja, as well as the UEFA Champions League semi-final against Inter Milan.

It is worth noting that FC Barcelona currently tops the La Liga standings with 73 points, while Real Madrid is in second place with 66 points.
