El-Hadary Comments on Zizo's Crisis with Zamalek
Former Egypt national team star Essam El-Hadary commented on the crisis surrounding player Ahmed Sayed Zizo with Zamalek.
El-Hadary stated in television remarks: "Zamalek should play Zizo until the last moment of his contract. Let's look at Al-Ahly player Akram Tawfik; everyone says he signed with Qatari Al-Shamal, but he is playing as a starter for Al-Ahly."
He added: "Zamalek's exit from the Confederation Cup was partly due to the absence of Zizo, who is an important and influential player and has a significant impact on the team."
Zamalek is preparing to face their counterpart Al-Masry on Thursday, May 1, in the third round of the decisive stage of the Egyptian Premier League.
