Egyptian YouTuber Marwan Serry announced via his official account on the social media platform "X" that he is withdrawing from the ownership of the English clubs Dagenham and Redbridge.

This decision came just a few days after he revealed a joint investment in the two clubs, in collaboration with Egyptian sports content creator Salma Mashhour.

Dagenham Club sparked widespread controversy when it unexpectedly dismissed Salma Mashhour just hours after she joined the ownership, due to her supportive stance on the Palestinian cause and what is happening in Gaza.

Marwan Serry officially confirmed his withdrawal from the club's ownership in protest against what Salma experienced, through a video he posted on his account on "X".

Serry emphasized that he will take all necessary legal actions to restore Salma Mashhour's rights, affirming his full support for her during this crisis.
