Sports critic Khaled Talat stated that Al Ahly is among the worst teams of all 18 teams that participated in the Capital City Cup.

Al Ahly lost today, Thursday, to Farco with a score of 2-1 in a match within the Capital City Cup competitions.

Khaled Talat said on Facebook: "Believe it or not... Al Ahly is among the worst teams of all 18 teams that participated in the League Cup (Capital City Cup)."

He added: "Al Ahly played 3 matches, suffered 3 losses, and did not achieve any wins or draws, scoring 2 goals and conceding 6 goals with a goal difference of (-4) before the teams of Ittihad and Smouha, both with 0 points and a goal difference of (-5)."

Al Ahly exited the tournament after losing three matches against Enppi, Talaa El-Gaish, and finally Farco, failing to earn any points.
