Adnan Jastaniah Sends Provocative Message to Ittihad Management
Sports media figure Adnan Jastaniah provided advice to the management of Ittihad Club following their loss to Al-Fateh in the league.
Ittihad lost to Al-Fateh with a score of 2-0 in a match that was part of the 28th round of the Saudi Professional League.
The match witnessed numerous controversial refereeing decisions.
Jastaniah stated via the 'X' platform: "Advice to Ittihad management, after what happened in the match between Ittihad and Al-Fateh due to refereeing blunders and previous matches that harmed the club, I believe it would be better for the team not to request foreign referees for the remaining matches, as long as they are performing at this poor level. This is a problem that most, if not all, clubs are facing, especially Ittihad."
He added: "It is noticeable that Saudi referees this season have improved and their performance has developed. I have previously advised this, and now I repeat it in hopes that it will be heard and taken seriously by the management and the club's CEO."
