Egyptian YouTuber Marwan Serry announced through his official account on the social media platform 'X' his withdrawal from the ownership of the English clubs Dagenham and Redbridge.

This decision came just a few days after he revealed a joint investment in the clubs, in collaboration with Egyptian sports content creator Salma Mashhour.

Dagenham club sparked widespread controversy when it unexpectedly dismissed Salma Mashhour just hours after she joined the ownership, due to her supportive stance on the Palestinian cause and what is happening in Gaza.

Marwan Serry confirmed his official withdrawal from the club's ownership in protest against what Salma faced, through a video he posted on his account on 'X'.

Serry emphasized that he will take all necessary legal actions to restore Salma Mashhour's rights, reaffirming his full support for her during this crisis.
