Sergio Conceição, the head coach of AC Milan, received a significant boost before the upcoming match against Atalanta on Sunday, as part of the 33rd round of the Italian Serie A.

According to 'Football Italia', French goalkeeper Mike Maignan has returned to full training after recovering from a head injury sustained during the match against Udinese.

Following UEFA's protocol, the player underwent 7 days of rest before returning, and he is now largely ready to participate in Sunday’s match.

The training sessions also witnessed the return of Mexican forward Santiago Giménez after a 13-day absence due to injury, and the report confirmed that Giménez will be available against Atalanta, but he will start the match from the bench.

Milan currently sits in ninth place in the Serie A standings with 51 points, while Atalanta is in third place with 61 points.
