Sports critic Khaled Talat stated that Al Ahly is among the worst teams of all 18 teams that participated in the Capital of Egypt Cup.

Al Ahly lost today, Thursday, to Pharco with a score of 2-1 in a match within the Capital of Egypt Cup.

Khaled Talat said via Facebook: "Believe it or not... Al Ahly is among the worst teams of all 18 teams that participated in the League Cup (Capital of Egypt Cup)."

He added: "Al Ahly played 3 matches, suffered 3 defeats, and did not achieve any wins or draws, scoring 2 goals and conceding 6 goals with a goal difference of (-4), before the teams of Ittihad and Smouha, both with 0 points and a goal difference of (-5)."

Al Ahly exited the tournament after losing three matches against Enppi, Talaa El-Gaish, and finally Pharco, failing to earn any points.
