Al-Ghandour Mourns Zamalek Youth Player Saad Mohamed

Media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour mourned Zamalek youth player Saad Mohamed, who passed away early today after a long and painful battle with illness.

Al-Ghandour stated on Facebook: "Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we shall return... Saad has departed after a long and painful illness. May Allah make his sickness an intercessor for him, have mercy on him, forgive him, and grant him a place in His vast paradise. May He grant patience and solace to his family and loved ones. We ask for your prayers."

The player passed away early today after battling cancer.

Saad Mohamed had shared his will before his death on Facebook, saying: "My first and last will, when Allah takes me, forgive me and cover my flaws, and pray for me for mercy and forgiveness. Remember my companionship and love for you always, and if I have wronged you at any time, forgive me, forget my mistakes, and remember my best qualities. Always pray that Allah intercedes for me with every verse of the Quran. I ask Allah that you all be witnesses for me in goodness, for I do not know at which hour Allah has decreed to take my soul. O Allah, have mercy on me on the day they pray over me with a prayer that has no bowing or prostration. And in Your gardens, O Allah, admit me, and grant me the highest paradise along with all my loved ones in You, without accounting or prior punishment, by Your mercy, O Most Merciful of the merciful."
