Jose Gomez suspended and fined
The Disciplinary Committee of the Egyptian Football Association issued a suspension and fine against Portuguese coach Jose Gomez, the former coach of Zamalek and the current Saudi Al-Fateh coach.
The Egyptian Football Association announced the decisions of the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee that were taken during the last period, including the punishment of the Portuguese Gomez.
Jose Gomez was suspended for two official matches and fined 50,000 pounds for what he did in the match between Zamalek and Al-Masry Al-Port Said on June 17, 2024.
It is noteworthy that the Portuguese Gomez left Zamalek training during this December, after terminating his contract by mutual consent.
