Muhammad Al-Qahtani: We seek victory over Iraq

Mohammed Al-Qahtani, the Saudi national team player, confirmed that the Green Battalion is capable of clinching the qualification ticket for the semi-finals of the Arabian Gulf Cup “Gulf 26” and winning the decisive match against Iraq.

The Saudi national team will face its Iraqi counterpart today, Saturday, in the third and decisive round of the group stage of the Gulf Championship 26.

Al-Qahtani said in his statements to the Saudi Sports Channel: “The Iraq match is very important to us, and we are able to achieve victory and make the Saudi people happy.”

He added: “Our focus is on the field, and nothing affects us, and we are playing for one chance in this match only, which is to win.”
