The Saudi Al-Raed Club is close to including an Algerian star in its ranks in the upcoming winter Mercato.
Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper said that Al-Raed is close to signing Algerian star Yousry Bouzouk, the former Raja Casablanca player.
Al-Raed wants to find a replacement for Mohamed Fawzier, the team player who injured his cruciate ligament and will be out of action until the end of the current season.
The newspaper added that Yousry Bouzouk has been linked to more than one Saudi club, but Al-Raed is the most serious in negotiations with the player.
