Villarreal aims to include Vega from Al-Ahly
The Spanish club Villarreal has expressed its desire to sign Gabriel Vega, the Saudi Al-Ahly Midfielder, during the upcoming winter transfer period.
According to press reports, the club’s management Villarreal wants to include Vega, to strengthen the team's ranks next January, but it is up to the decision of the Saudi Al-Ahly management to decide its position on the player's departure in the winter Mercato.
Vega joined Al-Ahly club, coming from Celta Vigo in the summer of 2023, with a contract extending until June 30, 2026, in a deal estimated at approximately 30 million euros.
Vega played 19 matches with Al-Ahly this season, during which he scored 4 goals and made one assist.
