Al-Maliki: Facing Bahrain is difficult, and our goal is to achieve the title

Abdullah Al-Maliki, the Saudi national team midfielder, pointed out the difficulty of facing Bahrain in the opening of the Arabian Gulf Cup campaign, “Gulf 26.”

The Saudi Green is present, along with Bahrain, Iraq and Yemen, in the second group in the 26th Arabian Gulf Cup tournament held in the State of Kuwait.

Al-Maliki said in his statements at the introductory press conference for the match, today, Saturday: “Our goal is one, which is to achieve the 26th Gulf title. Facing Bahrain is difficult.”

Al-Maliki continued, saying: “We know that facing Bahrain is not easy, and we hope that it will be the key to reaching the final.”

The Saudi star concluded: “We talk as players that we want to bring happiness to the fans, and, God willing, we will return with the title.”
