Al-Ittihad reveals the nature of the injuries of the team’s trio

Al-Ittihad Club revealed details of the injuries of Dutch trio Steven Bergwijn, Algerian Houssem Aouar and Abdel-Ilah Al-Omari.

According to Al-Ittihad Club’s statement, the previously mentioned trio did not travel with the team’s delegation towards Amman and remained in Dubai in order to continue their rehabilitation and treatment programs for the various injuries they recently suffered.

Al-Ittihad Club indicated in its statement that Bergwijn is suffering from an injury to the right muscle and will undergo periodic evaluation in order for the medical team to monitor his condition.

The statement continued: Al-Omari suffers from an injury to the left connective muscle that he suffered with the Saudi national team, and is currently undergoing a rehabilitation and treatment program under the supervision of the medical team.
