Reports indicated that the former Real Madrid player welcomed joining the ranks of Al-Ahly club for free next January.
The sources explained that Al-Ahly’s management will resolve the issue of contracting with Diaz, after consultations with the Planning and Management Committee and Swiss coach Marcel Kohler.
Mariano Diaz left the Spanish club Sevilla last summer and did not move to any team during the recent period, and he is a free player.
