Officially.. Postponing the Al-Ahly and Enppi meeting

The Egyptian Professional Clubs Association announced its approval of Al-Ahly club management’s request regarding postponing the Al-Ahly match against Enppi, in the League Cup.

The association explained, in an official statement, Through its account on the social networking site “Facebook,” the Board of Directors of the Professional Clubs Association reviewed the letter received from Al-Ahly Club.

The Association indicated that it discussed the reasons it contained. The data forced him to set a date for traveling to Qatar on December 10, to participate in the Intercontinental Championship, which is the same day scheduled for Al-Ahly’s first match in the League Cup Championship against Enppi.

She confirmed that after studying everything that was received from Al-Ahly and based on the support of the Professional Clubs Association for all Egyptian clubs, which participate in continental championships, to achieve the best results commensurate with the status of football. The Egyptian club is keen on the participation of all clubs in the League Cup tournament.

She noted that the association’s management had communicated with the board of directors of Enppi Club, which thankfully understood these circumstances. It was decided to postpone the aforementioned match (Al-Ahly and Enppi) to a later date. The two teams without prejudice to the rights of other clubs to achieve the principle of equal opportunities.
