The journalist Ibrahim Abdel-Gawad confirmed that Zamalek coach Jose Gomez welcomes the departure of a number of Al-Abyad players in the upcoming winter Mercato.
Ibrahim Abdel-Gawad said on the “On Time Stadium” program on the “On Time Sports” channel: “Gomez welcomes the departure of the Tunisian.” Saif El-Din Al-Jaziri, Zamalek striker, and Mohamed Sobhi, the team’s goalkeeper next January.”
He added :"Gomez welcomes the departure of Saif Al-Jaziri, after the player's technical level declined recently and his failure to regain his technical level. The same applies to Mohamed Sobhi."
Zamalek is preparing to face Enyimba of Nigeria tomorrow, Sunday, in a match within the second round of the group stage of the African Confederation Cup.
