The journalist Khaled Al-Ghandour spoke about the latest developments in Zamalek Club’s negotiations with Ovi Ejaria, the former Liverpool star.
Al-Ghandour said on his program “Mehwar Stadium”: “In the past few days there was a problem regarding the duration of the contract because Zamalek was determined to contract with the player for a period of 6 months. Negotiations The player agreed to the club's decision."
He added: “After agreeing on the duration of the contract, a new dispute arose due to the value of the contract that the player will receive.”
He continued: “Ejaria has fulfilled his request for $500,000 per season and Zamalek wants to pay only $200,000.”
He concluded: “The negotiations are on their way to success, and the player will agree to approximate the amount and will be in Egypt within days.”
